Bring back the good times.

Why Us?

East Coast VW Restorations SPECIALIZES in early 1950’s to 1979 Volkswagen Bus and Camper ground up restorations. We are, however, also well versed in other classic VW’s…Bugs, Karmann Ghias, Things, etc. as well as having background in other classics. We have restored over 100 VW classics and more buses than we can count.

We have years of knowledge and experience in the automotive, engineering, design, and restoration industry. With vast knowledge and education in nearly any aspect of mechanics, metal work, body work, paint, upholstery, fabrication and design, we are equip and able bodied to provide nearly any request. Every aspect of our restorations and/or services are all done personally and never “subbed-out”. We focus mainly on our ground up restoration process, however, we do provide the option of partial restorations in 1 or more of the following 3 stages; interior, exterior, mechanical.

Unlike the majority of other restoration companies, you don’t have to supply us with the bus.  Tell us what you desire and we’ll do the rest.  From finding and purchasing the donor bus to arranging transportation of your finished product to your door.  We make it hassle free and fun for the entire family!

Have a project for us, dream of owning bus but thought it was out of reach, or just have a few questions?

PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES, BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO ASK.

For years we have loved rebuilding and restoring old classics and take tremendous pride in our work and finished products. It gives us remarkable satisfaction to be able to take a decades-year-old relic and put it back on the road to be enjoyed by all for many years to come. VW buses are a great investment and the rate at which they are increasing in value is striking.
